This site publishes clinical decision-support frameworks and narrative articles on translational medicine.
Purpose
Clinicians frequently encounter patients with microvascular symptoms — head pressure, sensory distortion, cognitive slowing, post-exertional malaise — that are invisible to standard investigations. This site provides:
- Diagnostic frameworks grounded in the latest mechanistic research
- Treatment algorithms that are sequenced by pathophysiology, not symptom
- Lab panels with specific codes and action thresholds for real-world ordering
- Interactive tools for bedside clinical decision-making
Scope
Current content covers:
- The platelet-serotonin axis in SSRI discontinuation syndrome
- The endothelial-fibrin axis in Long COVID / PASC
- The four-step pathophysiological model: endothelium → platelets → fibrin → fibrinolysis
- Vitamin K2, the vWF–ADAMTS13 axis, platelet microparticles, and fibrinolytic failure
